This text has been prepared, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, in order to obtain your explicit consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages to you for campaigns, announcements, promotion, information and marketing, and to the processing of your personal data for that purpose.
This explicit consent is not required in order to send an information, quotation, contact or application request through the Website. Not giving permission for commercial electronic messages does not prevent you from using the forms on the Website or from submitting your request.
1. Scope of Explicit Consent and Purposes of Processing
If you tick the relevant consent box on the Website or otherwise give explicit consent, your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, communication preferences and commercial electronic message consent records may be processed by the
Data Controller for the following purposes:
- Sending campaigns, announcements, newsletters, promotions and publicity relating to products and services,
- Presenting offers, advantages and information prepared for you,
- Sharing announcements of events, fairs, launches, new products or new services,
- Carrying out satisfaction, feedback and customer experience processes,
- Planning and carrying out marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial communication activities,
- Storing and managing commercial electronic message consent and refusal records.
2. Commercial Electronic Message Channels
If you give explicit consent, commercial electronic messages may be sent to you by email, SMS, telephone call, WhatsApp, mobile notification or similar electronic communication channels.
Commercial electronic messages sent to you may include content such as campaigns, announcements, promotion, information, advantageous offers, events, and product or service introductions.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Within the scope of the purposes stated above, your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with service providers, business partners and competent public authorities that provide commercial electronic message delivery, email and SMS infrastructure, customer relationship management, marketing, technical support, security and reporting services.
Where the servers of certain technical infrastructure, message delivery, analytics or marketing services are located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the applicable legislation and with the necessary security measures in place.
4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent and the Right to Refuse
You may withdraw the explicit consent and the commercial electronic message permission you have given at any time, without giving any reason.
You may exercise this right by using the refusal, unsubscribe or opt-out link in the commercial electronic messages sent to you, or by sending your request to the contact email address stated above.
If you withdraw your explicit consent, the sending of marketing and commercial electronic messages to you will stop. Withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
5. Retention Period
Your commercial electronic message permission and explicit consent records may be retained for as long as the permission remains valid and taking into account the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation.
If you withdraw your explicit consent or remove your permission for commercial electronic messages, the relevant records may be retained for the periods required by law in order to manage the refusal or opt-out record and to meet legal obligations.
6. Declaration
If you tick the relevant consent box on the Website, you accept that you have read and understood this text and that, of your own free will, you give explicit consent to the processing of your personal data within the scope stated above and to the sending of commercial electronic messages to you.
